What is your most memorable career highlight to date?
Successful three stage implementation of a research management platform in the education sector with tight timelines and complex stakeholder management. We were able to rally as a team and deliver a quality product with comprehensive and sustainable support and training.

What do you believe to be the key to success in your field?
The key to success in change management is the ability to connect with and support the people involved.

What do you use as a source of inspiration for your work?
My beautiful and sassy daughter is an absolute powerhouse of inspiration.

In your view, what’s the best thing about working with GSD?
I love the hands-off approach, that I'm trusted to get the jobs done.
