What is your most memorable career highlight to date?
My career highlights include being the Lead BA managing a team of business analysts at TasNetworks, lead BA in a mortgage fulfilment project at ANZ Bank and being part of a dynamic agile team at Internet Business Systems Australia.

What do you believe to be the key to success in your field?
I think listening and collaborating with my stakeholders, and that I actually delivered. It is important for me that my stakeholders see my outputs as adding value to the overall project outcomes.

What do you use as a source of inspiration for your work?
The project itself is my source of inspiration. My strong belief that my assignment brief will contribute to its successful delivery drives my passion to do my best.

In your view, what’s the best thing about working with GSD?
I feel supported, listened to and engaged. GSD is composed of awesome talent and I'm pleased to be part of it.

When I'm not at work you'll find me...
Playing with my dogs, gardening, singing as part of a community choir or volunteering my time with the business analysis practitioners in Hobart.
